The Mission of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine is to represent and protect the interests of Ukraine in the international arena and to facilitate a favorable international environment for the development and realization of the potential of Ukraine, its society and citizens.

As of January 1, 2018, the bank's net assets amounted to UAH 234 billion. As of 2019, Oschadbank's national banking network includes about 2,640 branches, almost 3,150 ATMs and 3,200 payment terminals. More than 45,000 commercial POS-terminals are connected to the bank's processing.

Federal executive body of the Russian Federation, carrying out public administration in the field of relations of the Russian Federation with foreign states and international organizations; is subordinate to the President on matters enshrined in the Constitution or in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation; is headed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs.

The central government body instructed the leadership of the legal and penitentiary system of Russia. The Ministry of Justice develops and implements state policy and regulatory control, as well as performs law enforcement duties and functions of control and supervision.
