Vertically integrated oil and gas company that carries out a full cycle of operations on exploration and development of oil fields, operational and exploratory drilling, transportation and storage of oil and gas, supply of natural and liquefied gas to consumers.

The Group carries out uninterrupted transit of gas to European consumers, imports gas, as well as processes gas, oil and condensate at five gas processing plants (GPPs), which are part of the group, producing liquefied gas, motor fuels and other types of petroleum products. The company has a branded network of gas stations.

The group is the largest taxpayer in Ukraine. In 2018, revenues from the group amounted to 137 billion hryvnias in taxes and dividends, which is about 15% of total state budget revenues.

NJSC Naftogaz of Ukraine et al. versus The Russian Federation

An arbitration proceeding against the Russian Federation under the Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Russian Federation on the Encouragement and Mutual Protection of Investments. In its application, Naftogaz complains on violation of its rights under the above Agreement in connection with the expropriation of its assets and the assets of its subsidiaries in Crimea.
